The Peak District Holiday Barn is an excellent venue for business groups looking to hold corporate events, training workshops, seminars, business meetings, team building events, product launches etc in high quality self catering accommodation located in heart of the Peak District National Park.
With 6 bedrooms [over 2 floors] comfortably sleeping up to 24 guests. The communal area [lounge and kitchen/dining room] situated on the first floor with high ceilings, exposed timber beams and stone walls an ideal space for meetings, workshops, conferences etc. The lounge [with grit stone fire place housing the large multi fuel log burner] has plenty of high quality seating, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with 2 large farmhouse tables, breakfast bar and plenty of seating can easily cater for large groups sitting and dining together. The 6 bedrooms include; 5 double beds [one of which is a king sized 4 poster bed] and 14 large bunk beds. All bed linen is included. The barn has 3 bathrooms [over 2 floors] including 7 individual shower cubicles with privacy areas, and is fully insulated with gas fired central heating throughout with plenty of drying space for all your wet gear following team building exercises or just enjoying the numerous out door activities on the door step. There is also plenty of off road parking to the front and rear of the barn for all 24 guests to arrive in their own vehicles.
Outdoor facilities include; A lawned garden and BBQ area with outdoor pizza oven fire pit. Although the barn has been designed to comfortably cater for up to 24 guests (during mid week periods) we are delighted to accommodate smaller groups, just tell us how many beds you need and we'll create a package to suite you (based on £35 per person per night) and you'll still get full access to all the barns facilities. We will also be delighted to discuss any catering requirements you might have, whether it's outside catering or just a food delivery.
Catering: Although the barn is designed for self catering we will be happy to discuss any outside catering requirements you might have.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cater for large groups. Tea towels and cleaning equipment provided.
Dining Room:
The large dining room with 2 large farmhouse tables, breakfast bar and plenty of seating easily caters for large groups sitting and dining together.
Sitting Room: The lounge features a large gritstone fire place housing the multi fuel log burner and plenty of high quality comfy sofas and chairs. TV, DVD and CD
TV and Music Facilities: The lounge has a TV, DVD player and music system with CD player, tape and radio. The dining room has a portable TV and portable music system.
Heating/Open Fires:
The barn has a large multi fuel log burner situated in the lounge. Logs and coal are provided at no additional charge for the first day.
Bedrooms: There are 6 bedrooms over 2 floors with 5 double beds (one of which is a King sized 4-poster bed) and 14 large bunk beds.
Linen: All bed linen is included at no additional cost. Please remember to bring a towel.
Bathrooms: The barn has 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet over 2 floors, with 7 walk in showers (with privacy areas), a bath, 6 sinks and 5 enclosed toilets.
Disabled Facilities:
We are currently renovating the single storey cottage situated adjacent to the main barn which will have full disabled facilities, due early summer.
Outdoor Facilities:
There is a lawned garden with plenty of seating, BBQ area with outdoor pizza oven and fire pit. As well as the Peak District National Park.
Swimming Pool:
There is no swimming pool.
Parking:
Plenty of parking to the front and rear of the barn for all 24 guests to arrive in their own vehicles.
Telecom Facilities:
From February 2010 we are able to offer Free Broadband and WI-FI to all our guests. there is also excellent reception for mobile use.
Smoking:
There is no smoking inside the barn.
Pets:
We do not allow pets at the barn.
Games Room:
We are currently developing the large agricultural barn at the rear of the property into a large play room.

The nearest pub is the 3 Stags about 100 yards from the barn and the Red Lion in Litton which also serves excellent food all day.
Nearest Airport:
The nearest airports are East Midlands and Manchester.
Nearest Train Station:
The nearest station is Bamford.
Nearest Bus:
The nearest buses stop at Litton and Tideswell.
Prices:
For mid week bookings the barn is priced according to group size, based on £35 per person per night. Group sizes range from 2-24. A 2 night weekend [Friday 4pm-mid day Sunday] is £1,680 including VAT.
