Rousdon Estate sits in an elevated position some 500ft above sea level on the coast - the south coast path runs through the estate and the undercliff is a protected nature reserve.
Lyme Regis and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage HQ are both less than 2 miles away, and close by are the quaint villages of Beer and Branscombe.

Catering: Whilst the house is self catering - we do have private caterers who will provide anything from a 'Wedding Breakfast' to an outdoor picnic.
Kitchen: Huge 'hub' of the house - where the party starts, high quality range cooker and fridges - long table for leisurely breakfasts.

Formal dining for up to 20 people.
Sitting Room: Huge comfortable room with large fireplace and wood-burning stove - three large sofas and art on the walls.
