When trying to develop the people within your company it is often a complete change, with challenges and development training outside their normal comfort zone that can make the difference. The development of team building skills is something that comes far more easily from activities and exercises away from the office.
The building has been designed with training needs in mind and the east end of the building has been converted into a versatile training and conference room. There are tables and chairs for up to 15 people. Flip charts, screens, OHP, TV, DVD and video are available with broadband Internet access.
Including the training room, there are three different breakout areas within the Barn. There are refreshment facilities in the training room. The team building activities can happen both inside the bunkhouse as well as on the surrounding lawns. There is a river at the bottom of the fields with some excellent pools.
The training room quickly converts into a games room with table tennis, snooker and spin football for some indoor competitive sport!
Converted to a high standard, Glynmeddig Bunkhouse is a step up from the average rural group activity centre and has been graded 4 Star Bunkhouse by Visit Wales.
The magnificent oak beamed dining room is the perfect room for your staff to socialise and eat in. All the food at Glynmeddig Bunkhouse is home cooked and menus are planned to meet your needs.
